TERMS & CONDITIONS - good to know

STEP ONE - you fell in love with a great item (or items) and are curious how you will be united:

We ship almost worldwide. Is your country not listed than unfortunately the shipping company we work with do not ship there.

STEP TWO - you paid and are exciting to receive your purchase(s):

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any email. Still nothing? Send an email to info@unetouchedemer.com including your order number and we'll email you the tracking link of your shipment.

STEP THREE - you received the item(s) and are excited to open your package:

Should you receive a faulty/damaged item(s) please send an email to info@unetouchedemer.com including a picture of your damaged good(s). We will either resend the damaged goods (if possible) and of course the shipping costs are on us. Or we refund the item(s).

STEP FOUR - there it is, your authentic and unique item(s) shining in your hands:

Every une touche de mer product has a unique handmade and authentic personal touch. That's why there may be minor differences in the item as shown on the website. We are not into mass production (as you already noticed) but make limited editions instead. All handmade!

STEP FIVE - okay, not the most interesting stuff but something about responsibilities and returns:

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) and wish to return it, the item(s) has to be in mint condition. You must let us know within 14 days of reception. You will receive our address by e-mail for returning and have to send it back within 5 days. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and the refund will be processed.
